Description

The Customer Care Engineer reports to the Senior Manager of Customer Care and contributes to the implementation and customer support of our Enterprise Digital Asset Management solutions and the internal IT efforts to facilitate the development, testing and delivery of those solutions.

The Customer Care Engineer reports to the Senior Customer Care Manager and contributes to the implementation and customer support of our Enterprise Digital Asset Management solutions and the internal IT efforts to facilitate the development, testing and delivery of those solutions.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field
  • Experience in the following preferred:
    • Operating Systems (Windows Server, Mac OS X, *NIX)
    • Virtualization Software (e.g. VMware, Parallels)
    • File Systems / Storage
    • Networking
    • LDAP
    • SQL
    • JavaScript & HTML5
    • Java
